After reading over the Syllabus and reviewing the information, please follow the link below to electronically sign as proof that you have read over the syllabus and discussed it with your child. This will be in place of printing, signing, cutting, and returning a slip of paper to school. The form will also include a BYOD Survey to help teachers prepare for lessons or assignments that might involve technology.
